Vim 7.2
[2008-08-09]
After fifteen months of work: a brand new Vim release! This is a stable version. There are many bug fixes and updated runtime files. The only new feature worth mentioning is support for floating point. Upgrading from a previous version is highly recommended: a few crashing bugs and several security issues were fixed. For the details see the
announcement. Or go directly to the
download page. (Bram Moolenaar)
Yet another beta release: Vim 7.2c available
[2008-08-07]
There were too many changes since 7.2b was released to jump to the 7.2 release. So this is another beta test round. Hopefully all the important issues were fixed now. Most of them were in the runtime files.
Give it a try and report any problems you find.
More information in the announcement.

(7.2.2) Thanks to David L. Dight for spotting and fixing an issue when using ctrl^. bufexplorer would incorrectly handle the previous buffer so that when ctrl^ was pressed the incorrect file was opened.
